Squeke Limited ("We", "our, "us" or "Squeke") are committed to protecting the personal data of all Users of both our website and mobile applications (formally, the "platforms"). The privacy policy outlines how we protect your personal data and sets out your privacy rights.

COLLECTING YOUR DATA: When Users submit any data on our platforms we collect data such as their address when requesting a booking. This information is used in turn to allow the Professional to undertake the Squeke Service requested. Further, we use the data to improve our Service for all Users. Squeke collects Users data when creating an account and when making a Squeke Request. Additionally, any changes that are made in Users accounts and any feedback that is given via our platforms is collected. Finally, we use data collected from third party sites, such as social media, advertising and analytical platform providers.

DATA WE COLLECT: When using the platforms we collect data on your registration with Squeke that includes your name, email address, contact details and information regarding your home (i.e. number of bathrooms etc). The data you provide to us when subscribing to our email notifications and/or newsletters (including your name, email address and contact details). The data you provide to us when using the Services on our platforms including the timing, type and frequency of your Squeke Service. The data generated when the User makes a payment transaction through our platforms that includes date, time, amount spent and the Users name. Note Squeke never stores any credit card information and we use a third party payment processor (Stripe), where they hold only the last 4 digits of the card payment number which is linked to a unique code to identify each customer. Stripe privacy policy can be found at https://stripe.com/en-gb/privacy. The data contributed by Users regarding the ratings for each Professional and any general feedback is stored. The data that is posted to our platforms and/or social media accounts. Finally, if we use any data or share any data for statistical or demographic purposes this data is all anonymous.

HOW WE USE DATA: The data is used to allow the Professionals to fulfill the Squeke Contract that has been created between the Customer and Professional. Send Users payment statements, invoices, payment reminders and collect payments. Send Users information regarding their Service and any changes that maybe made to these Services. Allow the Squeke support team to resolve any complaints made by Users. Update Users of any changes to our Terms & Conditions and any price changes. Ensure our platforms are secure and to prevent any fraudulent behaviour on our platforms. Send Users marketing material and request Users views and feedback (Users can opt out at any time).

DATA DISCLOSURES: The data collected about our Users will only be disclosed to members of Squeke insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. Squeke may share limited personal data of Users with third party service providers. These third party service providers must act in accordance with all regulation in regards to processing Users data that is provided. These third parties include:

Professionals to allow them to undertake the Service requested.
Payment processors to allow them to take payment for the Services provided.
Software providers including email, chat, SMS and telephone providers to allow us to communicate with Users.
Marketing and advertising vendors to assist us in delivering information to our Users.
User referrals assisting us in contacting these referrals.
Any prospective purchasers who require to undertake due diligence of Squeke for any potential sale to be approved.

The data collected may have to be disclosed in accordance with the law if there are any ongoing or prospective legal proceedings, and if we need to defend our legal rights.

DATA SECURITY & RETENTION: We have a secure database to store our Users data ensuring all this data is protected and to further secure Users data we limit access to this database to only key personnel within Squeke, and no data is shared with third parties other than on a strictly need to know business basis. We have in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breaches and will notify those Users if affected and any applicable regulators where legally required. All Users acknowledge that we cannot guarantee the security of any data transmitted on our platforms and all Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. We will only retain personal data for as long as necessary to fufill the purposes for which it has been collected. There maybe circumstances in which you can ask us to delete your information (refer to User Rights below). Personal data maybe anonymised and used for analytical purposes in such cases this data will be used for an indefinite period without any notice to the Users.
